bottled water, disneyland, earlier post, earth day, exports, guilt, i love new zealand, most wonderful place on earth, new zealand, stainless steel bottle, tap water, use a filter, use tap water, water, we have water in the united states

HUGE carbon footprint. tut, tut, new zealand, especially on earth day.

i love new zealand. it’s the most wonderful place on earth (take THAT disneyland!). i do, however, strongly object to some of their exports. especially when it’s earth day, april 20, or 4/20 and the export is called “420.” it’s a coincidence, but nonetheless.

case in point: 420 bottled water. i know of two labels that export into the united states, although i am certain there are more. we HAVE WATER HERE. lots of it. we don’t need new zealand bottled water. we don’t even need bottled water from here! use tap water, people…get a filter and shove the water into a stainless steel bottle that you can use for years (or until you lose it.)

i have guilt-deluxe if i drink bottled water. how about you?

[420 water has more to do with new zealand’s location on the planet but a blog where i nicked this foto included it with a post on bongs for “420”, which is the date today. see my post on bongs from earlier today.]
